I have heard and read at least 6 stories liek yours and STILL I ordered because c'mon - those colors right?! I think it was under $12 worth of the $0.25 samples. SO I figure if I never see the $ again at least I'm not out that much. That was a week ago and they all arrived today. But perhaps she's have enough complaints since '09 that she's found it easier to send orders on time? In any event I'm sorry to hear of your luck thanks for the rant/review

I placed and order on 2/10/10 and I received it 2/25/10. I ordered around 80 samples. I received them all plus they sent me a couple of freebies. They colors are very nice and pigmented. I will order from them again. I have no complaints.

Well, I got my order. After four MONTHS.
...and I received 33 samples. I ordered 95. Needless to say, I'm not happy.

It took me two months to get my first order. I wrote her about 6 times with no replies.
The thing is, ALWAYS use paypal ... then if you don't get anything within 45 days you can file a complaint and get your money back.

lol i just made a review on this company too, i am so unhappy they have bad customer service it took 3 months for me to get my samples i emailed them 10 times and got a response only once! i don't recommend them either

Quick update - it's now been three MONTHS since I ordered with them and after ignoring all of my (polite) e-mails, I finally broke down and disputed the charge. Thankfully my credit company issued a full refund (Archetype is notoriously awful about replying to disputes, big shock), but I've also filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Please ladies, AVOID them at all costs!
I ordered in early November and the products still haven't replied. Maybe they have problems because of so many people ordering their cheap samples, but you know, one of the reason people ONLY order samples from them is because they can't afford to spend money on a full jar that may never arrive. Ugh.
I only spent $10, but still, it's annoying. And it's too late for me to file a Paypal dispute. :/

Holy crud. I'd be asking for a refund.
I can't believe a company would even charge you before sending out the product. I don't think they should have taken money from you till the order was shipped/on it's way.
3 months is TOO long. Regardless of who it is and where it's coming from.
I'd get a refund and never order from them again.
(Never heard of this company till now)
