This video missed a lot of important points..The church of Thomas A Beckett lies in ruins because it was struck by lightening TWICE..No mention of the graves of Sylvia Plath, poetess and lady friend of Poet Laureate Ted Hughes and no mention of 'King' David one of the infamous Coin forgers who was hung and buried at Thomas A Beckett church and where is dear old Hardcastle Crags..Hebden Bridge rocks
heh...I put this in my favorites because I laughed my ass off....It just reminds me of a Monty Python skit...especially the "blazing saddles" store...and the followup "pan flute" version of "here comes the sun"...thanks for posting mrmarriottsgirl!!! heh..."did the mop"...god that's priceless
I put this in my favourites because I can and because it brings me back to the Calders and the Dales. I wish i could be there every Spring., rain or shine! Northern England ... it's all too beautiful indeed to quote mymarriott ,,,,yes it is.
