I like how the drums were more subdued in the beginning to let the singing and guitar take the spot light in the first half of the song, and then put more notes in when the rendition suited it.
It feels like the singer recorded his bit first and sent it to the drummer, and if that's how it worked, I compliment the drummer for holding back on his part so that the music was complimentary.
