this is actually a good learning experience, I wish I could do this. By doing so you'd learn first hand how they did everything. In doing so as a bonus you'd learn how to do this in a modern situation with modern materials if needed be and it would make you feel appreciative for what you have, and for the easy access of modern things. :D But either way, just using older items and materials makes you more of a badass since you can survive that way... and its fun :P this, shtf vids, and bushcraft
