Cat Brushing - Lugosi during Shedding Season...

Lugosi gets a vigorous brushing with the spongey rubber brush (called the "Zoom Groom") - he LOVES this, but I don´t use it very often because the fur that flies off makes such a mess - unless you do it in the bathtub!

However, that brush *seriously* gets rid of the dead hair and he was all shiny furred afterwards too.

It´s Lugosi and his twin bro Spider´s birthday today, so HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BOYS! From Mummy. :D

Ah yeah, THAT´s what it´s called! Like I say in the description I don´t use it much cause it´s so messy, the fur flies EVERYWHERE! :D

I have a zoom groom too. I hope to get a bathtub in the future as well, hehe. But I'll have to be in it with my cat holding her, as she hates being groomed. I too, use a glove now.

I thought I was the only one who liked running the hand through the entire cat before letting'im/her go when the brushing is fiished! Adorable! I would take both hands and slide them from the head all the way to tip of tail just as you did haha, feels so good! I favour the flea combs though; gets sooo much fur out but kitties tend not to like it much. And I am so freaked out with all that spare fur that I always had to brush my kitties right before doing house cleaning. I know...hopeless *blush*
