Desktop Armada - Destroyer Dispute (6774 pts)

This is the quick and dirty method for the second training mission. It is easy to execute and results in a very high score. The general strategy is:
*1 pb for income
*6 destroyers across the top half
*1 destroyer on bottom to save some base damage
*6 destroyers across the bottom half
*4 anti-patrol boat patrol boats at the very end
