  • i agree with everything he is saying except i dont think you will only lose 1 pound a month, you will lose a lot more eating one meal a day. add some protein too is important like fish or boiled eggs.

  • You can lose more depending on the fruits you eat and the amount.

  • No worry about calories. Just try to eat as much fruits as you can and do any body fitness. I do jogging every other day.

  • im eating fruits daily lunch and dinner... is this good ??? im following a modified version of the gm diet... restricting myself to only fruits and 10 glasses of water a day..
