Masha'Allah. I also reverted to Islam during Ramadan 2009 after fasting almost the entire month. I also studied Islam for about 1 year and a half, before ever meeting a Muslim or going to a mosque. Once I said the Shahada, it was like a weight was lifted, I could truly then call myself a Muslim. Alhamdulillah!
