Right now I am taking the following:
Solgar Multi Vitamin(capsules)
Vitamin Shoppe brand Calcium Citrate(capsules)
B12 ( I can't think of the name right now and I don't have the bottle with me-I'll get back to you)
Iron I am still using the Bariatric Advantage ones until they are gone.
Another calcium that I highly reccomend is Tropical Oasis liquid calcium. It taste like melted orange yogurt to me.

Are you still using these vitamins? I have been researching what I want to take. I have looked at these, and Bariatric Fusion, and the Bariatric advantage.

I used these until they were all gone. They are great vitamins ,but I am trying to get off of artificial sweeteners,so I've switched.

If you don't mind the artificial sweeteners I would stick with the Bariatric Advantage or Celebrate vitamins since they are formulated for us. For me I am just trying to get off of the artificial sweetners,so I'm trying to find the best sources. I'm going to keep taking the Solgar multi and I'll switch to the Tropical Oasis calcium when I finish these. I know I wasn't much help haha.
