Plus both games are basically like giant mazes. The enemys are week, you just have to figure out how to defeat them. Oh, and in The Twilight Princess, when Link transforms into a wolf and uses his senses, it's no different than samus using her X-Ray visor. Links iron boots can be used like Samus's Spider Ball. Also Link gets a metal shield later which could compete with Samus's armor. I believe samus would win because she has technology. Link is from the past, samus is from the future.

Link ain't invincible, I have made him die thousands of times. He can't even go in hot lava without dieing. Samus can go in hot lava for about a minute and a half. Plus she has a powerful space ship. But if you ask me, both games are nearly the same. The hearts and energy tanks are the same. The claw shot and the grapple beam are the same. Samus has a bunch of guns and missles and a power shield where link has arrows, bombs and a wooden shield and a metal sword. Samus has a lightsaber though.
