Reasons why some pokemon episodes were banned

I really don't get the Jynx one. Jynx has ALWAYS looked like that. Ever since blue and red came out. Reemember the christmas episode in the first season? There were jynx's in that as santas helpers, no one ever banned that to my knowledge. I really annoys me when things get banned because of 1 person out there.

thing i dont get is: that episode was banned due to a person pointing a magnum at ash's head

but: just in the original series he had:

a pistol (automatic), bazzookas, stun guns, rifles, sniper rifles, m16's and my personal favorite...an abrams tank

I saw the Tower of Terror episode and the Tentacool/Cruel one, but I didn't know they banned it...if 4Kids think Pokemon needs to be edited so harshly, imagine what they'd do to Elfen Lied or FullMetal Alchemist....I dread to think D8
