At least Asham made the heads up play of holding Beagle the whole way down to the ice. If he woulda let him go beagle would have been in BIG trouble. Great fight.

Good call. Asham's no joke after the gloves are dropped. Beagle wanted it, Beagle got it. And, all the "controversy" over AA and his post-K.O. antics is something best left to those who never laced up a pair of skates in their lifetime. "Real hockey fans" shouldn't have been put off by anything the guy did, and he needn't have apologised for it, either.
