Grandmother Foreclosed Home Family 85 yrs Tracy Dayton Ohio USA

Few days after Hurricane Ike Reporting from Inner City Dayton Ohio FORECLOSURE HIT Capital with Tracy who is telling about her Grandmothers house that had been in the family for 85 years and the time predatory lenders hit it and a lot of others in zip codes 45408, 45405 and 45406 when the beginnings of the bad lenders starting targeting inner city homeowners on bad mortgages. I am a Realtor and I know what happened and saw the bank foreclosures start to get really bad about 5 or 6 years ago and then they skyrocketed here in the whole Dayton area! When I came home I looked up the Home at 611 Fleetfoot Ave and saw it sold for $15K to the bank at Sheriff Sale in 2003 and was owned and listed with a fellow Realtor on the MLS and open market for $9,900 and sold for $8,000 quickly that very same year. This City was Bought and Sold by the BANKS and now we are the City of Dayton sitting in the Rubble of their mess! We have a CHANCE for a NEW Government Era and that is what OBAMA means by His CHANGE so WE Can Have A New Government Era! Come on People who live in and around Dayton we need to wake up and VOTE for the RIGHT CHANGE and the way we can revitalize our inner cities and stop the war and use the money for education and healthcare for all citizens! Deadline to Register to Vote in Ohio is Monday, October 6th so please hurry! We can also EARLY VOTE from last week through Election Day and how cool is that! :)

Her and her family should learn to control their money, gee things have really improved with obama, change and hope yea right and stupid people like you went out and helped help him get elected, she did not pay her bills, who should? why don't you pay for it? Actually Tracy works full time at a daycare making minimum wage that did just go up but tell me what can $7.25 an hour buy? I am not rich just because I am a Realtor either and actually I qualified for PIP so thank you very much.
