There are multiple realms beyond earth. One of them has 'animal' life very similar to what is pictured in our myths and fairy tales.
Children are more open to such things because they don't know that they shouldn't be - Think of culture as blinders, glasses that allow you to see only ONE realm, you have to believe fearlessly before you see, or you have to innocent enough to accept without fear. Be curious, not fearful, don't worry about why.

Completely agree, some of us are just more open than others. I think it is genetic. My grandmother could see ghosts, my mother & now, myself. We are natural healers also.I consider it a blessing & a responsibility. I am a Gnostic Christian who entirely accepts the other realms & the importance of dreams, insights and visions. Nothing to be afraid of. I don't take drugs and don't need to but I understand why Hancock is investigating them.

Why would you find this so terrifying, if you become accepting of these systems it makes for a much better understanding of self and the world you reside in?
So, no try not be frightened but rather fortunate as sooo many people do not find the opportunity whether mind altering/opening or just because. The same thing happened to my girlfriend. Not a Gnome per say, but along same realms.

Lol, this is fucking strange but just yesterday my dad randomly told me that when i was a child i used to tell him i saw gnomes... he beleived me too. maybe i did see gnomes. it gives me shivers when i try to look back on that memory, like the thing existed in a altered dimension.
