  • Apparently you didn't read the title of the video. It says "week 5" as in this was the 5th week these kids have been training, and for some the 1st week they ever had a bar in their hands. Its not going to be perfect. I wish more people had a camera on them when they were learning. Its a humbling experience. With all of the things you've picked out about this video you need to be coaching kids as well.

  • TEACHING SHIT FORM CMON DICKS

  • fucking.... i mean its great that they are getting kids into the gym, but if you are going to have an opportunity to teach a bunch of kids how to lift, make sure you teach them properly. dont just let them keep squatting like ass and pretend its okay. you dont teach a person to read and then just be like "oh its fine if you pronounce everything wrong at least you got the number of syllables right"

  • Getting kids into the gym this young is AWESOME!! Love seeing that. But Christ, dude, did you even read the book the program was named after?? None of the kids are going deep enough in their squats, knees are WAY out in front of the toes because they aren't sitting back enough, the bar is too high on almost all of them, they aren't driving the elbows up and back so they have to support the bar in their hands, presses are about a foot out in front of their faces, grip is way too wide.. Reread SS!

  • @Mizzles240 my bad bro, I just figured if the narrator is discussing shear force you figure he would know a little about pointing a kids' toes in the right direction.

  • LIGHTWEIGHT BABYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

  • Toes pointed out too far for that foot position. Proper depth can't be achieved, knees come too far forward. Also, if you can get those kids into a low-bar position, they'll be able to keep a more rigid spine, without the bending forward.
