Fantastic, as always :) I have a suggestion though..take a longer pause between each number as you count down, as you did between 6 and 7. The slower tempo is great relaxation :) Thanks for posting!

The road noise is really good in this, if you could do more like this video with mostly whispering and quiet white noise that would be great. And I also love when the sound mutes at random times, really lulls you to sleep

Yep, my favorite too! No music!!! Music and ambient sounds are ok and effective, but only when played softly with the emphasis on the whispering voice. Should have something to eat first; you sounded hungry :). Thad again Rob! Cheers.
