this is rubbish i got to 11000kb my way.
On my way click...
1.) Options > Prefrences > Bandwidth
2.) Where it Says 'Number of Connections' make the First box 200 second box 500 and the last 4.
3.) Click > Apply > Ok.
4.) Go Back To Options > Prefrences and then This Time BitTorrent
5.)Where It Says 'Protocol Encryption' make the 'Outgoing' Forced.
6.)Next to where it says FORCED Click The Tick Box. Now Just Click OK!
