A very nice home but it is difficult to sell a home like this in Grants Pass. It remains unsold after a long period on the market.

While alot of people were busy getting drunk, going to casinos and wasting their money on things that doesn't matter, the owner of this place probably had his nose to the grindstone, working hard and planning for his familie's future. It looks as though HE HAS ARRIVED! I say good for him.

It looks to me like they have more money than taste. Antler chandilliers, elk figures in the stone work and way too many trophy heads, yech! The home theater is nice. I've seen modestly priced houses that were much more tastefully decorated and attractive.
