Paul vs. Huckabee on the surge.

Ron Paul won this debate in terms of rational thinking but Huckabee won the hearts of the sheep with his polished words and emotional engineering.

Huckabee was exactly right on this issue.

It was also very politically smart of him to praise McCain. It's clear Huckabee was running for 2012 from the beginning and that of all the serious candidates up there, McCain was the one who would not be running then.

This became even more clear as he continued to hammer at Romney more than McCain even after Romney dropped out of the race.

This was the only moment during those debates where there was actually debating going on. And I thought both of them did a great job articulating their positions. No doubt, Huckabee is a better speaker, but Paul is more intellectual, and I also agree with his position on Iraq. And Paul responded as well as he could (given his social awkwardness) to Huckabee's spirited (not mean spirited, though) attack.

Is this the same Huckabee Norris and Alex Jones were talking about??? No thanks. This guy is a dullard.

Paul is right on the economy but is dead wrong on the current foreign policy.

I'm not a christian but i still think huckabee is pretty damn awesome, he does not back down or get manipulated by others, that's for sure, and he makes his points clear with no bullshit.

Huckabee is just telling him what his mom told him...not what he actually thinks. Huck picked the wrong guy to argue with. Ron Paul 2012. Men like Ron Paul are the type of people who founded this country.

Moving on Huckabee is the only candidate that addresses that until we look at the health of america the debate about cutting health care cost is futile. Maybe you want to spend 120 percent of GDP on health care but that is not possible.

Paul/Huckabee ticket would be badass.

Huckabee is a Fixed tool for Fox Noise. Huckabee takes his advice from the Council of Forigen Relations. Why on Earth should we trust him at all? Huckabee would be the worse thing for this country. We need people like Ron Paul, Mike Gravel, Dennis Kucinich, Cynthia McKinney, Ralph Nader, and Chuck Baldwin. Forget domestic policy. That can be disputed. We need to fix our forigen policy and momentary policy asap. Huckabee is not the answer.
