@TonyMontannapotts Yep, that's actor Tony Moran, younger brother of Erin Moran, who played Joanie on 'Happy Days.' Moran was chosen because Carpenter wanted Michael to have a young, innocent, "angelic" look that was a contrast to his murderous impulses. Look carefully and you'll see that Michael appears to be in a trance, as if he's not the one behind the controls and "something else" is driving him.
