    At Nags u moblize always the inferior facet on the superior facet of the vertebra below.we use them for mobilization between the segments C2-C6.Reverse nags are mobilizations that move the superior facet of the vertebra below and are used for segments C7-T1,2 .

  • i was wondering whether the superior facet has to be mobilised on the inferior or the inferior facet has to be mobilised on the superior facet,for NAGs.Brian Mulligan has stated that inferior facet has to be glided over the superior facet of the vetebra below, in the NAGs section.And in the reverse NAGs section, when he addresses for the NAGs he has stated that it the other way.

    Which one to follow?
