Todd Pettengill takes the WWF to places it's never been and (maybe thankfully) may never go again.
This entire thing is a complete farce, which makes it a perfect fit for the Slammy Awards. Note some of the lyrics to the songs ("I said hunk, not Hulk!", "I'm, like, your biggest fan, but, how much did it cost McMahon?", "Screw you, Ted Turner!"), seems a bit out of place for the WWF in 1996 to throw in some shoot comments like that.
To Pettengill's credit, he manages to get through the entire number without screwing up. Even though the Slammy Awards were presented in kayfabe, notice several of the superstars breaking character and laughing.

@MrNutso2010 No; this was taken from the Top 10 Slammy Awards Moments special from 2008 which was only on WWE(dot)com (and I think on the weekend of the Oscars).

I liked Todd Pettingill during his tenure. Yes this was cheesy, but as long you understand it for what it is, it's easy to enjoy.
