the issue i am having with your software is not vonage. i have not got to the point where i can even try to use vonage.

every time i tried to connect, i am stuck on the first screen

i think it is a bug or the software is corrupt. it keeps crushing on me.

so the question is why does it keep crushing???

when you start the app do you have a wifi connection? the app needs a connection to the internet and a message will popup to advise you of it. there was a DNS bug which we fixed but apple is yet to release it, maybe the updated version will work better for you. could you pls check the appstore in 24-48 hrs for an update.

what is wrong with it. i want to use it with my vonage at home

i had the same issue with another buyer, vonage's credentials are very tricky, on their support site it mentions that the username or phone number to use is not portable between ATA phones and softphones. could you please check with them on what exactly to use on the softphone. the other buyer confirmed the app works by using an alternative sip/voip provider.

@noorie21t Yes it does work without WiFi connection, but unless you have Free airtime it uses it up, and unless you are calling internationally it would be cheaper to make a normal phone call.

To make the it work 1 Open VPHONE 2 Select> Settings (wait) 3 Select> Account1 4 Select> Select Provider (this is important or it will not work) 5 Scroll down to the 5th Item (t says “Supply your own values” at the bottom) 6 Service Name> Leave this, it stops working on mine when I changes it 7 Server> enter your SIP PBX details 8 Username> As it says, enter your users ID 9 Password> Enter your Password 10 Proxy> Leave this Blank 11 Port> 5060 12 Select. SAVE 13 Select> Dial
