Proghorn trail, Cow trail, and Powerline road. My 2nd time ever on some, and 1st time on Cow trail! Too bad I dumped it @ 21:05 and bent the brake lever...again! I have to get those better hand guards so my levers won't bend! FMF Q4 exhaust. Kenda K270 tires - they suck in deep sand but are adequate elsewhere. Camera:GoPro with suction mount on helmet. Maybe I should call it Trail Fail! Thanks for watching.

  • Great video man! nice ride

  • @NetherlandEagles Thanks for watching!! I should have more videos up once I fix my XR. I had a problem with oil. I think I blew a cylinder seal or something! Thaks for watching!!

  • Great perspective, Felt like I was riding myself again, like a video game :)

  • @seantrammell Thanks man! Thanks for watching. A video game, that's funny!

  • Id be hella nervous

  • @blackjack9165 It was super fun but I did get a little nervous. That's part of it though. You have to be on your toes or you will spill but that just happens in the dirt. That's why you wear all the gear so you are safe...and for peace of mind, to enjoy the ride and not be all tense.

  • I too ride a BRP (650L) in the sand here where I live; I feel ya, Have learned the pig wants speed, changed my counter-shaft sprocket to a 14 and when she starts that plowing in the front end I add power (just a blip is sufficient for the pig to mend her ways) one must relax, elbows high.... firm but gentle.... get on top of the sand and come to terms with that spooky loose feeling. Learn to Embrace it ;-) and ride hard...but controlled.

  • @ericplloyd It does ok in the sand. It is my least favorite to ride in because of the front wanting to wash out (@ around 1:05 - I cuss because I had to fight off some head shake). I was running dual sport tires. I'm sure with the proper tires it would handle the sand a lot better. I'm lucky it handles it at all! Thanks for watching!

  • wow that lever is toast. Im going to get some ASV levers as soon as i bend one of mine. I took over 50lbs off my bike by removing all the unnecessary crap.. smog, battery box, rear subframe and stock fender and tail light, stock muffler, passenger pegs etc etc. It made a HUGE difference off road and brings the bike down to a manageable 300lbs give or take. Most of the weight was near the top of the bike so now its much easier to toss around on the trails.

  • @TheYamahaPilot Proghorn trail, Cow trail, and Powerline road. Thanks for watching!
