they are good but i also heard thats what they do, i also experienced same issue, they start making up that a item broke whist packaging, and because i love make up i tend to order a bunch of my favourite prouducts, but most sellers play this game withcustomers they think we dont know, im sure itsabout delivery or something, or theydont have much stock, or tella fib. inpast i never have got what i wanted 2 order. its unfair, you pay , you should get, otherwise thy sud nt advertise it4sale.

@emilyhannahloves you do recieve what you order but 4 some strange reason they tend to say oh we are refunding you, because it broke whist packaging, i mean come on if it was broken during packaging they can replace it, its very strange, i found that when you do really order alor of make up ypu never get all, plus i notoced most do thz now,. it al falls down to delivery but delivery is paid or free orders over 75 pounds. i think its unfair 2 be honest.
