my computer wont make the object circle. i move the little blue piece to where i want it to rotate and when i go to click to rotate the item, the little blue piece follows and no rotation. any suggestions?

@TheUltimateSmile are u using the rotate tool instead of the arrow tool?

For mac its the command key. For PC it is the alt key. You have to hold it down while dragging for the circle to be copied. You have to hold down the command / alt key before you drag.

@dreaminfinity no i constantly checked to make sure its the rotate tool.

for some reason i'm getting stuck on the rotation part. I dragged the cross hair from the center of the circle to the bottom and then when rotating I held down the command key. But when i let go after rotating it a little bit, theres no second circle. The first circle just moves. How do I get the second circle?
