This is a a workout that you can do with a partner. This workout is designed for people who have a workout partner and like motivation.

You guys can compete with each other while pushing yourself to the limits and getting a solid workout.

First you will do push ups with a partner where you clap hands and these are awesome for your chest and your triceps as well.
After that you will do some barbell curls. these work very good for your biceps.

Third you will do military press which does wonders for your shoulder muscles.

The person that loses the shoulder muscle challenge will have to do 20 push ups. Each exercise you do for three sets.
