We hosted another Thanksgiving dinner at home. It's always fun to share this special holiday with relatives. Plus this is also my nephew & niece's first Thanksgiving in states with us (Sonson & Donna) since they arrived from the Philippines.
Turkey's only dry if you don't know how to cook it correctly. It's a big bird, and it's very dinse. It should be brined, or marinating in salt water for 2 days to tenderize it! Then, it'll be just as juicy, and in some cases, JUCIER than chicken. I LOVE TURKEY!

I think all turkey is dry same for chicken breast
I prefer the dark meat
