The second half of the Season's penultimate game at Brisbane Road - a 1-0 win for Crystal Palace which put the Eagles (managed by a young Terry Venables) on the way to promotion and the Division 2 Championship. Highlights from ITV's Big Match.

  • I'm an Orient fan but still glad to see this post. Good times. Chiedozie did sign for Notts Co, and although it was a record fee for Orient, it was a disaster, it cost them one of the best managers they have ever had (not his decision) and some keys players and they have never recovered.

  • I was at this game waving one of those white flags behind the goal, great atmosphere it was full to bursting , saw Swindlehurst head the ball but did'nt actually see it go in, the place went nuts....great times. thanks for posting.
