No it was just this scene in the movie that was completely in Spanish....everything else was English. In the beginining of the film Baez's character acts as if he does not speak english and speaks with a broken accent until it is revealed that he does speak English fluently

I believe they are. Usually when they overdub they use some really cheesy voice over actor but if you listen closely you can tell that it is still their voices. Baez is of Puerto Rican decent and Anwar was married to a Cuban man so it is not foreign to her either.
