@thethebigman01 You are telling lies - I do know what I am talking about - you need to go check your facts. None of the money collected goes overseas. The War Cry sales profit pays the heating bills. Their annual Self denial appeal -some of that (very small proportion) is sent overseas. I do not hold an opinion here, I know by fact. Pick up the phone and call your local SA and ask, then you may print an apology to me because you have no idea what YOU are talking about.

@tartandaddy you oviously have no idea about the background to the war cry then ... all of the money that is made ( that is profit ) goes abroad to help contrys in need of it ... yes part of it goes to printing costs but money dosnt come from thin air ... so before you go slating a orginisation that is doing good and putting comments on this guys video about somthing which is your wrong opinion .... dont

Do people realise that the collection taken at Christmas by the Salvation Army goes to the band?
Also - never buy a War cry - 10% goes to their divisional headquarters for admin, 30% to pay for the printing of the paper and 60% to pay for the running costs (heating and lighting and ministers salary) of their local Corps (church building).
Salvationist's themselves finacially give very very little and most members do no social work as folk think, but spend their time in music.
