30,000 joining fee and i think a few grand for the annual fee.
don't know about the car reqs but most people have dedicated track cars with slicks and roll cages.

It is sooo hard holding your self upright in that car going through those corners that hard, I was having a hell of a time trying to not slide out of the seat on my ride!
