thanks for the great video. I guess this explains why if I go to sleep not haven eaten for a while, and get a really good nights sleep. I wake up in the morning actually looking thinner. its as if I was burning fat while asleep. I guess this makes sense because growth hormone levels go up while sleeping. looking forward to seeing more videos ^^.
You explained what happens as insulin levels rise but what happens if you have a low fasting insulin level?

same here, when I do a full 24 hour fast, I wake up quite dizzy the next morning, feeling thin and empty.

How can we increase, ensure adequate release of GH when fasting? Especially for the older individual? Is this where resistance training comes in?
