VIATRON OWNS YOU!!!

Viacom has now DROPPED THE ACCUSATIONS thanks to the response of my viewers! So my music videos are back! Thank you all for your support! I don't know what I'd do without you guys : )

My copyright violation was an ERROR by Viacom's automatic copyright protection system. I do support copyright laws, but some times people like me get hurt in the process. Viacom has never taken any money from me, only a few videos. YouTube was forced to remove the videos that were effected by this copyright protection process and the only way I could get my videos back is if I go though all the legal steps to counter the action.

"Viatron" is a made up name that I used to spoof the company that I'm actually talking about (Viacom). The name "Viatron" in the case of this video is fictitious. Similarities with other company names or operations are purely coincidencial. They had an automatic program that removed videos if it assumed that the video belonged to them. If you don't know anything about what I'm talking about, just ask someone in my comments.

I do not buy their excuse. How can an automated system possibly mistake an entirely original song and video for one of their TV shows or songs? I believe the 'automated system' thing is an excuse they are using to get out of legal responsibility for issuing false copyright ownership claims. Especially considering that they actively steal youtube videos to put on their spike website.
