If you are talking about the tall boy with dark hair then no, that is Terra. Sora can not be seen in this trailer but at this time he is four years old.

...thought that Birth by Sleep was a sequel but not a prequel. Also the Keyblade war was an event that took place many many many years before Birth by Sleep and though it can happen again it is unlikely to because it brings the Apocalypse. And just to get it clear Dream Drop Distance takes place after Coded and 358/2 days takes place between 1 and 2 witch is something I find incredible that you didn't get since it is mostly about Organization XIII and all of its members die...
