It is assumed that capuchin monkeys groom each other to keep clean as well as for social bonding. The babies sometimes sleep right through being tended to, although this one (Jessie's) was six weeks old and less content with the process when this video was taken (February, 2009).
I'd love to pluck those little pissing and shitting rats of their mother's backs and then stab their eyes with toothpicks and listen to them scream. Listening to their mothers scream would be a blast, too.
