I have heard there is a new law coming into effect later this year that will be targeting people that harass & swear at people on the internet. This is so funny. all those little gutless people will have to go back out into the big bad world & keep their little cry baby mouths shut again. lololololol hahahahahaha

I think he made this up. I've heard of no such law.

Also it would be unforceable and the statement about them knowing when you get near any computer just made me laugh. There is no technology available for them to be able to do that.
