@Natebmx583 the engine size is the same, but 250Fs were originally developed to compete with 125 two strokes, not 250s. And a built 250 is just as fast as a 450 on a local level, even in supercross I think 250 two strokes would sill be competitive in the 450 class. My YZ250 is faster than a few 450s I have ridden and it blows the doors off of my 250F in terms of power. Honestly 90% of it comes down to the rider, but I still think its a huge advantage if your riding one in the lites classes.
