George Freeman - I'm Like A Fish

More fantastic NY soul. As it says on the label this was originally released on Shout (I'd still like a US copy if I ever come across a cheap one) in 1966, but the flip - Why Are You Doing This To Me - seems to be the better known side. There are at least two clips with that side on YouTube but I couldn't find this, the much better side, anywhere. There's some stuff about George at Sir Shambling's

Love the piano on this but, as always, it's the voice that counts - a big, raw, unsophisticated baritone, just dripping with soul.
