i going to the hardware what material i shall buy to make a fiberglss mold

@botttaba if your making a mold your would first need to make a layer of dragon skin or silicon rubber to have a felxable mold to pull a cast out of it and have a fiberglass mothermold (hardshell)

just to be clear if i did have the fiberlass cloth and put it on would i have to put another layer of fiberglass resin when the cloth dries or is that only when you dont hav the cloth?

im sorry, this is not how you do firberglass at all. do not use this "tutorial" on how to fiberglass anything. he is just using resin to make his cardbord "stronger"

@brian6320 Dont fiberglass your dash at all, unless you have repairs to make to it like holes or crackes. There is no need to glass it, just sand it down smooth, use adhesion promoter, sandable fillable primer then sealer then paint. Hit me up if you need more info.

ok so im trying to paint the dashboard of my car and apply fiberglass to it. do i need the fiberglass mat to do this or can i paint it after i apply the fiberglass? please some one answer
