Are there batteries in the tag, and how long will they last.does the tag switch off automatically?
-
I ought to buy one of those. We live in a connected house, that has about 60 identical backyards lined up and the same roof pattern all over. No wonder my cat can get lost.

Nice demo. How long does the transmitter battery last?

Thanks for this demonstration.

what do you do if you lose the loc8ter

think this is the more expensive Loc8tor, i recently bought the loc8ator lite, black case, very thin. the technology is sound, it worked..for about 5 days, then I was unconvinced! perhaps okay if you use it once in a while, but it is of fragile construction, i think buttons would not sustain constant use, and the batteries go quickly, once on the the decline, although flashing, then nothing, then bright and fine! guess it is not designed to be pushed to often
could it be used for ferreting?
