The 32 County Sovereignty Movement (Irish: Gluaiseacht Ceannasachta na Dhá Chontae is Tríocha), often abbreviated to 32CSM or 32csm, is an Irish republican political organisation that advocates a sovereign united Ireland. The 32CSM's objectives are:

(a) "The restoration of Irish national sovereignty."

(b) "To seek to achieve unity among the Irish people on the issue of restoring national sovereignty and to promote the revolutionary ideals of republicanism and to this end involve itself in resisting all forms of colonialism and imperialism."

(c) " To seek the immediate and unconditional release of all Irish republican prisoners throughout the world."[1]

Many of the 32 County Sovereignty Movement's founding members had previously been members of Sinn Féin and they were also involved with a sub-group within Sinn Féin called the 32 County Sovereignty Committee. The 32CSM are suspected to be aligned with the Real Irish Republican Army (Real IRA).

  • Im totally Irish and have a good knowledge of NI history. I think that threats to kill catholic police officers regardless is disgusting and very shameful.

MOVE ON and get on with your own lives and stop ruining the lives of others. Not everybody wants to live in the past.

  • @SimonB67

You are an ignorant selfish prick, the irish nationalist partys who have been foughting for freedom got so far that YOUR dublin is free indeed, now they want to end their goal with also getting the last 6 counties. But you are against them because YOU are free already? That is ridiculous fool!!

    Greets from frysia (holland)

  • @dashofred not everyone want to live in fear of having their civil right abused, run along thinking you did your good deed, incriminating freedom fighters. "totally" irish, ye sound like a yank!

  • @dashofred IRISH FREEDOM FIGHTERS?!?!?! Were they freedom fighters in Omagh heroically killing small children and women? A town that shows that people can coexist with one another was bombed. Was it the pizza guy that was gunned downed for trying to make a living and happend to deliver food to an army barracks? My grandfather fought for the struggle as his father did before him. Devolution has happend, deal with it.
