you people who are saying that it is bad technique are wrong you dont even know what good technique looks like you cant appreciate good technique if it hit you in the face. karate is a martial art people are bound to get hurt if you want to do it you have got to accept getting hit paul is one of the best martial artists i have ever trained with and if you dont think he has good technique and think he is out of order fighting that hard then you have clearly never fought in a comp or even seen one

well pauls my old instructor and what an instructor he was, a true sports man and a great fighter, ive also trained with Steve who he was fighting, another determined bloke, and a decent fighter, at the end of the day, say what you want, its karate at the end of the day, like boxing once you get in there , your opponent is your enemy, and its a fight isnt it?

Paul is my karate instructor. so far im still a rookie, but he has helpt me become a 10th Kyu grade. all you haters, Paul would rip your balls off and shove them down your throat back out your ass!
