Two problems with this mentality: I'm not the first here to point out either of them.
1) Neither partner needs to reach orgasm from every sexual encounter (hard for most guys to believe, but true), and for some women, the pressure to have an orgasm helps cause them not to have it in the first place.
2) Don't fake an orgasm, ladies. If you're not getting there, either make him do something about it, or tell him to finish up. Don't give men false impressions of what you enjoy.

I completely disagree with this advice, because it makes it seem like its OKAY for a woman to fake an orgasm.
