I seen the remake first, then went to the original, and ive got to say although the film is very good, i loved the series as well, maybe even more, Bob Peck was absolutely great rip.

Definitely my favourite tv series ever. I didn't watch it initially in November 85 because the photo on the front of the tv & radio times showed Craven holding a gun, and I thought it looked like a stupid shoot'em'up. How wrong I was.

What a terrible time it was when we lost Bob Peck!I can't believe there are going to remake this!Never will they beat this version.Thanks for the post..
