is that a gibson does any one no where i can get a exploerre in white not a ltd or esp

It's a Gibson Explorer II made in April 1980 according to the serial number. I've seen them on Ebay as cheap as 850.00 or so up to a few thousand or more. I believe they stopped making them in 1983. An original from the 50's ( if you could ever find one) would be priceless. There's plenty of re-issue and knock off's out there but I suggest holding out or an Explorer II. Great warm sound and beautiful craftsmanship. Good luck
