This is a student film of mine from November/December 2005. I wrote this story in about 15 minutes and fleshed it out with Michael Jimenez and Jay Allen. The shots up until where the girl enters the aisle of books were composed and directed by Michael. After that the rest of the film was directed by myself.

The film was shot in the 5th floor of the California State University Fullerton library which is actually haunted due to the fact that 7 faculty members were murdered in the basement of the building by a psychotic janitor in the 1970's. People have since reported strange goings on on the 4th and 5th floors as well as the basement since the murders.

The film was shot on 16mm and for the pan/dolly shots, we used a wheelchair which can be seen in the beginning of the film (whoops). There are lighting problems and some of the effects are a little off but hey, for a 3 person crew and a MASSIVE time crunch, I think it came out pretty good :)

Enjoy!

  • I'm also going to add that we DID use a real person for the ghost. We just blue screened her in later

  • We DID use a real person for the ghost. We shot that blue screen about a week later.

The CGI was experimental. This was just a class project and nothing more. Fun little movie you know?

  • not bad at all... i'm actually pretty scared now!

  • That actually made me jump! Pretty good student film!
