Which JB are you on? -Episode 17- "He's going with HER"

"a day without you is like a year without rain..." Selena whispered to herself, snuggled up on the couch, a blanket around her, cozied up and staring out the window.

"you miss him don't you?" Mandy said as she came out, smiling lovingly to Sel.

"yeah, I do" Selena told her while looking down, clutching the dog tag. "a lot actually. I love him too much mom" she added.

"oh honey" Mandy said while sitting next to her, pulling her close into a comforting hug and rubbing her shoulders. "it's alright to feel this way" she told her.

"I just don't want to get hurt mom. You know how it always ends. He's always in my mind. Those brown-hazel eyes I love so much, his perfectly soft hair, his beautiful face, his voice, everything. I lied to you when I said I wasn't falling hard for him."

Mandy chuckled a little. "Oh Selly, you have a heart of gold, that's why you love so much. You cant help it. And what the heck, if it does end badly, I'll be here to catch you" Mandy told her.

"that's...comforting...I think" Selena said softly. "you should tell that to my haters" Selena added sadly. Her face immediately becoming sad.

"honey, seriously, pull it together. You've been away from him for, what? One day? And now you're here cooped up like an old lady missing him. You got a lot of press and interviews to do this afternoon, so let's do something together"

"sorry mom" Selena said laughing. "Im just like that".

Mandy's phone beeped, Mandy picked it up and read the message on it. "And tomorrow night is booked, you're invited to an Oscar After party. Sounds fun"

They heard a knock on the door. Selena's heart froze. They weren't expecting anybody.

"Who?" Selena said with fear on her voice.

No Answer.

Mandy stood up to open the door.

"Don't." Selena demanded.

"what??" Mandy asked confused.

"I have a feeling its for me" Selena said in a worried tone as she stood up cautiously.

"you okay?" Mandy asked worried.

"Yeah" Selena said with a sigh. She took a deep breath and walked towards the door.

BAM. BAM. Two more aggressive knocks.

Selena picked up a golf club and walked towards the door. Mandy gave her a weird look. She slowly opened the door, holding the golf club behind her head, ready to struck whoever was at the door.

"hey baby" he said.

Selena squealed. "Justin!" she exclaimed. She threw the golf club to the floor and met him with a very strong hug.

"so relieved its you! I missed you!" she told him while hugging him to his ear.

"me too baby. I missed you way too much" he breathed in her ear. Selena smiled, not wanting to let go. She breathed in that scent she loved, it would get her high every time. The warmth she felt from the hug melted away the coldness from all her worries, and the sound of his voice was like a soothing music of confidence to her ears.

He was her medicine. The medicine to her addiction. Her drug.

She pulled away and kissed him in the lip 3 quick times. He smiled at her.

"Are you guys going to come in anytime soon? Or are you going to stay at the door?" Mandy yelled at them from inside.

They ignored her.

"wait" she said confused. "don't you have a concert?"

"yeah, that's like in half an hour. I wanted to see your first" he told her.

"aw Justin, you're so sweet" she told him.

"plus, tomorrow night, we got invited to the Vanity Fair Oscar After party. Well, we got invited separately, but I think we should go together" he told her.

She gave him a quick grin.

Then she saw it. The black van. Right over the curb in front of the house. Parked. Watching. It was a girl on the passenger's seat. She was watching. The dark tinted windows made it impossible to see her face. But you could see her eyes.

"oh my gosh" Selena said in a scared voice. "look!" she said turning Justin around.

By then, the van had already started driving away. "what?" he asked in confusion.

"the van!" she yelled.

"yeah? What about it? Haven't you ever seen a van before?" he asked confused.

She knew there was no use to arguing her worry without worrying him. She laughed it off. "never mind" she told him.

-Next Morning-

"What the hell do you mean you're not taking ME to the Vanity Fair party?" Samantha exclaimed from the bed.

"No. You're sick. You should stay in bed and rest. Your heart cant take a lot of excitement remember? And I hear Bieber might be there." He told her angrily.

"But this isn't fair!" she exclaimed. "hubby!"

Nick rolled his eyes. "No. The doctor recommended bed rest, and we don't want you having a heart attack. I'll miss you baby" he said sarcastically and slammed the door.

"hey Nick!" Jasmine said walking into the hallway, jumping into a hug.

"hey girl" he said excitedly. "glad to see you're back!"

"yeah, it's fun spending time with you... you guys" she said faking a nervous tone.
