In this part we'll add some bots (turrets) that shoot at our player character.
Also we're fixing some small bugs in the way our character moves.

  • @sC11190 My top part(barrel and body) also falls of the base at the start. I'm not sure what you mean by extending the body at the opposite of the grey box. When selecting the top part and choosing the move tool I do see a grey box between the barrel and the body(where they go together). How do you mean by extending the top part?

    Make sure that the turret barrel is pointing to Z axis, 3ds max for example have Z axis in a different position. For unity is always where the front is, so adjust the barrel so that it points to the right direction.

  • "Turret moves to different position?"

    "Fix"

    For those who an issue make sure when you create you turret model in 3ds or any other software that the model actually is at 0,0,0 position when exporting .fbx, because it will move to that position you have created and exported at.
