No. gOS stands for Good OS. Lots of people have assumed it stands for Google OS because it relies heavily on Google Apps (Google Docs, Google Maps, etc.). If you're looking for a more up-to-date version of gOS, look for "gOS Ultimate E Final" which I did earlier this year. It features an updated kernel, updated software, added software, multimedia codecs, and extra web apps from gOS 2.9 Space as well as my XXCE Linux project.

deviouspc solo se puede correr sin instalar si es un live cd y la otra manera de correrlo sin instalarlo es corriendolo en una maquina virtual asi es como yo los pruebo todos los linux ke me he bajado bajate el vmware y ahi puedes correr cualquier linux ni nesesidad de hacer instalacion

Great tutorial, just to translate the conclusions to english: gOS did not recognize the ubuntu patch for WiFi, speakers or special function keys. All "google web apps" are just specific web pages to open in firefox (like bookmarks from the desktop). In conclusion is not a good OS yet if we compare with ubuntu, and even lees good for 3e since not all functionality is achieved.

Hola saludos, gracias por los videos excelente... Me bajé el gOS de internet pero es la primera vez que quemo archivos de imágenes y quisiera sabr si se puede utilizar el gOS sin instalarlo.
